SPECIALTY: Crystal Stretch is a coach who began getting certified as an attempt to understand her own body. When she realized ‘move more eat less’ or the fad of the month wasn’t working after her third pregnancy at 32y she made it her mission to understand the female body. She now specializes with women both in contest prep and lifestyle because she is able to use a unique approach drawing from her education and personal experiences to masterfully lead her clients through a health and wellness journey ultimately achieving their goals. She helps clients overcome functional issues and transforms them to optimal health and physiques. She wants to help as many women truly feel confident and vibrant focusing on both optimizing health and achieving their aesthetic goals. Crystal has experience helping build a healthy relationship with food, healthy mindset, and being able to relate to clients with compassion and true empathy.

HOMETOWN: I’ve moved around a lot, I live in upstate NY now but we have plans to move to the beach soon.

GYM: I love to bounce around to a few in my area for different equipment depending on what I’m training. Powerhouse or Champions are my go tos!
